Following are the positions:

Head ILM Funds: 12-16 year experience | Responsibilities: 1) Having superior organization skills, great leadership qualities, and exceptional budgeting and monitoring skills. 2) To be responsible to reinforce relationships with donors, ensuring that grant programs operate efficiently and streaming grant administration.

Registrar: 12-16 years experience | Responsibilities: 1) Ensuring that services to the academic unit, faculty students and academic records are delivered accurately, professionally and in a timely manner.

Head Internationalization: 12-15 years experience – 5 years of international linkages | Responsibilities: 1) Responsibilities to deepen and addressing UMT’s global experience to expand our students intercultural agility and meet strategic goals of UMT. 2) To lead the expansion to build upon UMT’s global network, liaise with the admission office on international student recruitment and collaborate across the university to support the comprehensive internationalization of the campus.

Head Housing and Transport: 12-16 years experience | Responsibilities: 1) To provide administrative support to the housing of UMT as per gender needs. 2) To oversee the issue of maintenance and look after assets. 3) Plan, direct and coordinate the housing and transportation operations within an organization or the activities of organization that provide both services.

Head Alumni Relations: 10-16 years experience | Responsibilities: 1) To be responsible for fostering excellent alumni relations that will build and strengthening relationship between university and alumni community in order to maximize their interest and engagement.
