Description
Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) is offering exciting job opportunities under the World Bank-funded Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP). These positions aim to enhance environmental safety, promote gender equity, and strengthen occupational health and safety in power sector projects.
Manager (Environment & Safe Guard): This role requires a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Science with 12 years of experience in power sector projects like grid stations and dams. Age limit: 45 years. Salary: PKR 167,000 (all-inclusive).
Gender Specialist: Applicants should hold an MA/MSc in Gender Studies and have five years of experience in implementing gender policies within autonomous or private organizations. Age limit: 32 years. Salary: PKR 100,000 (all-inclusive).
Assistant Manager (OHS Specialist): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science with certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA. At least five years of experience in OHS supervision of grid stations and power projects is required. Age limit: 32 years. Salary: PKR 100,000 (all-inclusive).
