Description:
National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), one of the largest and most prestigious banks in the country, is seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Wing Head – ADC Settlement (VP/SVP). This pivotal role within the bank’s centralized operations division requires a strong background in banking, particularly in Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs) and reconciliation processes.
As the Wing Head for ADC Settlement, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day settlement operations for various Alternate Delivery Channels such as ATMs, online banking, and mobile banking. The role demands ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions and the reconciliation of various banking services, including ATM cash withdrawals, IBFT, UBPS, and Raast transactions.
Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred. They must possess at least eight years of banking experience, including four years in supervising ADCs or reconciliation functions. In addition to strong technical knowledge, the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and risk management.
