Description

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs (MOMA) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Technical Advisor on an MP-1 scale contract basis. This position is ideal for professionals with a PhD in Ports, Shipping, Naval Sciences, Maritime Sciences, or Maritime Business & Management from an HEC-recognized university, along with a minimum of 14 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

The Technical Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and strategic direction in the maritime sector. The role requires in-depth knowledge and experience in maritime operations, management, and technical aspects. The successful candidate will work closely with government officials and other stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maritime policies and practices in Pakistan.

The position is based in Islamabad, with a contract tenure of three years, extendable for another two years based on performance. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary package in accordance with the MP-I Scale.
