Description:
Kohesultan Mining Company Limited (KMCL) invites applications for various managerial, supervisory, and technical roles for its Siah Diq Copper Project. KMCL is a leading mining company in Pakistan, seeking experienced professionals to join its expanding operations.
The Senior Manager (G&A) and Senior Manager (Mining) roles require candidates with leadership experience and specialized qualifications in Business Administration or Mining Engineering. Applicants for these roles must have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in similar positions.
The HR Supervisor and Admin Supervisor positions require proficiency in HR management, administrative tasks, and Pakistan’s labor laws. Suitable candidates will have degrees in HR, Business Administration, or Communications and a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Technical roles include Maintenance Incharge (Auto, Mechanical, Electrical) positions, with candidates expected to handle repairs, maintenance, and training for staff. Applicants must possess relevant bachelor’s degrees in engineering and have at least 8 years of experience.
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, managing security systems, and ensuring a secure environment at the site. The Safety Supervisor must inspire a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety policies.
