Think and Grow International School, an IB World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and in the process of planning to offer the Middle Years Programme (MYP), is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team. Current Open Positions:
- School Head: Responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the institution overseeing all aspects of school operations.
- MYP Coordinator: To lead the implementation and development of the Middle Years Programme (MYP).
- School Academic Leader: Responsible for creating a strategic plan for the school, aligning its mission, fostering innovation, and continuously improving teaching and learning practices.
- Teacher Assistant: Responsible assisting the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans, preparing instructional activities, providing academic support.
Qualifications:
- School Head, MYP Coordinator, School Academic Leader: BSc. honours in Management Sciences from LUMS or equivalent ranked college – Electives in Education from (SOE). IB Diploma/O-A levels will be preferred.
- Teacher Assistant: BA (Honours) English from LUMS or equivalent ranked college. IB Diploma/O-A Levels will be preferred.
