The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) in Abbottabad invites applications for the prestigious role of Hospital Director. MTI Abbottabad is a 1,500-bed tertiary care hospital operating under the MTI Act 2015. This position requires a candidate with strong leadership and management skills to oversee all non-clinical functions of the hospital and ensure compliance with regulations.
Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, or Public Administration. Alternatively, candidates with an MBBS and equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply. A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification management experience in a similar organization or institution is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
The position offers an attractive salary package ranging from PKR 250,000 to PKR 450,000 and will be filled on a 5-year contract basis, extendable for an additional 10 years upon performance.
