The company is looking to hire a General Manager Production/Asset Operations and a Manager/Senior Manager Drilling & Completions Engineering.
The General Manager Production/Asset Operations will be responsible for overseeing both operated and partner-operated assets. The role requires strategic leadership in production and engineering, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, with at least 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. This includes a minimum of 15 years in production and engineering roles and 8 years in management positions. The GM will report directly to the COO and will be accountable for ensuring safe operations, optimizing production, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
For the Manager/Senior Manager Drilling & Completions Engineering position, PPL seeks candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 years of experience in drilling and interventions operations, including 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in organizational leadership within a reputable E&P or service company is highly desirable. The role involves planning and executing drilling operations, managing risks, and ensuring effective well completions.
