A leading Karachi-based company is looking for an experienced General Manager – New Ventures to lead its business expansion efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for senior professionals with 14-15 years of experience in business development, project finance, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the process of identifying new business opportunities across various sectors.
- Conduct market research and networking to explore new investments, business expansion, and diversification opportunities.
- Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and build strategic partnerships for business growth.
- Act as a liaison between the company and industry partners, government agencies, and customers.
- Ensure seamless execution of new ventures, working with cross-functional teams for market entry and growth.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential business risks.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics from a recognized HEC university.
- At least 14-15 years of experience in a large national or multinational organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, finance, project management, or M&A.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to assess venture viability.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Must be under 50 years of age at the time of application.
