SITECH, a leading business conglomerate with interests in steel, petroleum, machine tools, large-scale manufacturing, and chemicals, is looking to fill two senior-level positions at its Islamabad office. The company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive its strategic growth and financial stability.
The Chief Marketing Officer role is crucial for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote SITECH’s diverse portfolio of technology and products. The CMO will be responsible for building a strategic pipeline of potential partners, collaborating with researchers and technology managers, and overseeing the development of the company’s brand identity. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration and have a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a proven track record in technology marketing.
On the other hand, the Chief Financial Officer will oversee SITECH’s financial planning, budgeting, and compliance functions. The CFO will manage the company’s cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies while ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. The ideal candidate should have a CA or ACCA qualification, with 10-12 years of experience in financial management, including 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with big 4 audit firms is preferred, and strong financial reporting, risk management, and corporate finance knowledge are essential.
Both positions are based in Islamabad, offering competitive salaries ranging from PKR 200,000 to PKR 500,000 per month, depending on experience.
