Description:
The Bank of Khyber (BOK) is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Chief Compliance Officer/Group Head Compliance based in Peshawar. This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Operations, and Internal Controls.
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, MS Finance) or equivalent. Certifications such as CA, CAMS, CFCS, CCEP, or CGSS are highly preferred. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in senior compliance roles, is required.
Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, developing compliance policies, managing risk frameworks, and collaborating with regulatory authorities. The selected candidate will also lead strategies for compliance risk mitigation and oversee compliance-related committees.
