Description
A Federal Government-owned entity, engaged in implementing critical Oil & Gas infrastructure development projects, is seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director (CEO/MD) to lead its operations from Islamabad. This role is vital in driving the strategic direction and business goals of the organization, particularly in the energy sector, which is crucial to the country’s economic stability and growth.
The selected CEO/MD will be responsible for developing and executing corporate strategies that align with the organization’s mission. This includes implementing medium to long-term business plans focused on the development of Oil & Gas infrastructure. The role demands in-depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry at both the national and international levels, along with a strong understanding of legal frameworks, energy management, and project finance.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Economics, Energy Management, Law, Finance, or Business Administration from a reputable institution. A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in the Oil & Gas sector is essential, with a demonstrated track record in leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
This is a contractual full-time position offering a competitive salary, estimated between PKR 1,200,000 to 2,500,000 per month. The contract is initially for three years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
