Description:

Paraplegic Centre Peshawar (PCP) is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the physical rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injuries. The ideal candidate must be a healthcare professional with expertise in physiotherapy, orthopedics, prosthetics, and rehabilitation medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical operations, rehabilitation programs, and patient care at PCP.
• Develop and implement strategies for comprehensive spinal cord injury treatment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Lead research initiatives and maintain at least 10 research publications in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
• Supervise financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with government and healthcare institutions for funding and development projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education & Experience:

• Option 1:
  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics, or Fellowship in Orthopedics & Spine Surgery.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or orthopedics, with at least 5 years in BPS-20 or equivalent.
• Option 2:
  • BSc Physiotherapy, DPT, MBBS, or MD.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including 8 years in BPS-20 or equivalent, preferably in a spinal cord rehabilitation facility.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 62 years as of March 8, 2025.
