For the legal role, candidates must hold an LLB degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization or law firm. Candidates with LLM or Barrister-at-Law credentials will be preferred. For geology and geophysics roles, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or Geosciences is required with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the oil & gas, mineral exploration, or mining sector.

The Reservoir Engineer / Senior Engineer position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in the oil & gas sector. The Senior Core Analyst position requires a degree in Geology or Petroleum Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. The Senior Analyst ESG role requires a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, or ACCA qualification with 6 years of experience. The Civil Engineer position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience.The Reservoir Engineer position requires Petroleum Engineering degree with 2 years experience. Senior Core Analyst needs Geology or Petroleum Engineering degree with 6 years experience. Senior Analyst ESG needs Engineering, BBA, CS, Environmental Sciences, or ACCA with 6 years experience. Civil Engineer needs Civil Engineering degree with 2 years experience. All candidates must be graduates from HEC-recognized institutions.
