Description:
The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Deputy Director at their headquarters in Islamabad. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Supply Chain Management, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in a related field. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in procurement management.

The Deputy Director will be responsible for managing large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments. Key responsibilities include contract drafting, negotiation, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with PPRA rules. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks, along with knowledge of World Bank procurement guidelines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves high-level documentation and reporting. Candidates should be adept at identifying and mitigating risks and compliance issues, and be familiar with IT hardware and software procurement.
