Description
The Government of Balochistan, under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), funded by the World Bank, is inviting applications for the position of Procurement Specialist/Individual Consultant. This role is essential for the successful implementation of the project and requires a highly skilled and experienced professional.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing procurement and contract management activities under the project. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Commerce, along with at least ten years of experience in procurement, five of which should be related to the procurement of Goods, Works, and Consulting Services.
The selected individual will work closely with the Project Management Unit to ensure that all procurement activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with World Bank regulations. The position offers an attractive salary package, and the contract is full-time for the duration of the project.
