A reputable public sector organization in Karachi is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in financial management and leadership.

As a Manager Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations, ensuring compliance with Government of Sindh regulations, accounting standards, and other legal requirements. You will evaluate budget performance, prepare accurate financial reports, and ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will provide leadership and coordination in the administration, business planning, and budgeting efforts of the organization. Your role will involve setting goals and objectives, organizing annual external audits, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and service delivery.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess CA (Inter), ACCA, M.Com, or a Master’s degree in Finance or an MBA. A minimum of five years of experience in a well-known organization is required. The candidate should exhibit competencies in strategic thinking, team building, interpersonal communication, and decision making.

The position is based in Karachi, and it offers a competitive salary package, estimated between PKR 120,000 to PKR 180,000 per month. This is a full-time, permanent role intended for experienced professionals in the finance industry.
